Hi I'm Charlie (Sharlene) and I am a Wedding and lifestyle photographer. This is my Photography Blog and this is my place to share my passion and a selection of my latest memories created for happy clients. I like to capture moments as they happen, with a candid style involving minimal posing. Relaxed , candid portraits with plenty of fun and laughter. I live and photograph in Newcastle but also travel up the Hunter Valley, Central coast, Sydney and beyond My main inspiration is my family and friends and the environment in which I live. I am a photographer for Heartfelt and an emerging member of the AIPP.
Eight months ago I was lucky enough to photograph gorgeous baby Eva (see blog post HERE). Eva has blossomed and is one of the cutest, sweetest babies I have photographed.Prepare yourselves for a large blog post, I am addicted to cuteness and had so much trouble choosing which photo to post! Last Sunday I had loads of fun photographing two gorgeous cutie pies! Little miss and little mr had so much personality which is evident in their photos below.I even managed to convince mum & dad to join in the photo fun! I had the absolute pleasure last Saturday meeting and photographing two very lovely ladies.We had loads of fun and giggles which was captured in the photographs below. My first shoot for 2012 was the fabulous Lewis family….all I can say is “gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous!” I could have photographed them all day.

On the 30th November , under Rain filled skyes (which luckily didnt start to sprinkle until we were half way through the location shots!), I had the honour of capturing the marriage of Renata to Stuart. The beautiful Bride and the very tall Groom were an absolute pleasure to photograph at Long Reef, Collaroy. So many gorgeous places to photograph and they both stepped into the roles easily. I had a wonderful time on Sunday doing a very special shoot. It was a very special day for Baby Alek, his Christening!
This adorable 6 month old’s parents celebrated by having a pre-shoot before the Christening.
He was an absolute joy to photograph, lots of smiles as you can see below and the Christening was very interesting too!
I loved every moment and thank Alek’s parents for inviting me to capture their gorgeous boy’s special day!
